Proud to support International Aid Trust

Highpoint Media have been proud to support UK Christian charity 'International Aid Trust' since March 2020, and were pleased to announce the launch of their new website (www.internationalaidtrust.org.uk) in September 2021. We are in awe of all the wonderful things this charity does, and it was our pleasure to design and develop a completely new website for this incredible organisation.

The new website is responsive (mobile-friendly) and easy to navigate. It also carries an eye-catching design whereby we have allowed the awe-striking images to do the talking.

As the website needs to be keep up-to-date and is ever evolving, we decided to use WordPress as the development tool. The staff at International Aid Trust were already familiar with WordPress, and the endless library of plug-ins available makes future development a piece of cake.

The website has an online shop built with WooCommerce which will be launched very soon. International Aid Trust have ran a 'shoebox appeal' for the last 25 years, where supporters have packed a shoebox with gender/age appropriate gifts, which is then devlivered to a needy child, teenager or elderly person in a third-world country. The online shop will allow supporters to purchase 'virtual shoeboxes' which will be prepared in their destination countries - providing a much needed income to workers. We hope this will be a success for all concerned.
